Built for hub-piloted, dual-mount systems with a 10x225mm bolt pattern and 170.1mm hub bore, this kit is a direct bolt-on fit for 2012Present Ram 4500 and 5500 dual rear wheel (DRW) trucksno adapters or conversions required.
Note: On some Ram 4500/5500 models, slight front bumper trimming or modification may be required for full clearance when turning, depending on tire size and suspension height.
