• Retains Full Safety Features: The bumper retains full functionality of the Safety Sense system, park sensors, and front-mounted camera. All bull bar options are compatible with TSS. While the Low-Height and Mid-Height bull bars will be visible in the front-mounted camera, they do not obstruct the full view. Proper orientation of parking sensors is crucial to avoid malfunctions, especially in trucks with significant forward rake.
• Lighting Integration: Designed to fit 40 single row light bars, specifically the Baja Designs S8 light bar, the bumper includes standard light cutouts. It also accommodates one pair of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights, though OE fog lights cannot be reused. The bumper can fit LP9 lights with all options except the low bar, though it does not come pre-drilled for these lights.
• Custom Fit and Installation: The installation requires cutting the plastic bumper panels under the headlights on each side and trimming the end of the fender flares. The bumper features holes to reattach factory fender liners and comes with a front skid plate that replaces the factory plastic skid plate. A detailed installation video is provided to guide you through the process.
• Robust Construction: Made from 3/16 laser-cut P&O steel, the bumper features 1/4 thick mounting plates and a 1/4 thick winch plate for enhanced strength and durability. The bull bar tubing is constructed from .120 wall 1 3/4 and 1 1/2″ diameter HREW tubing, offering robust protection and a commanding presence.
• Winch Compatibility: The bumper fits most winches in the 8k-12k range, with verified compatibility for WARN VR and ZEON series 10k and 12k winches. It is not compatible with the Smitty XRC 12k winch. For optimal fitment and functionality, we recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead.
• Standard Recovery Points: The bumper includes 3/4 thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back, providing strong and reliable recovery points.
• Finish: The bumper ships in bare steel and requires painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rusting, as a powder coat finish is not available from C4 Fabrication.
