DEVELOPMENT:The M6 is quite refined with generous sound deadening and heavy muffling in the exhaust, muting the 4.4Ls intoxicating symphony but we have a solution. Evaluation of the factory midpipes reveals a veryhigh-flowingand relativelysmooth-flowingdesign. BMW incorporated a factorybreakpointfor upgraded exhausts and the rear section is what holds the exhaust back. The SOUL Resonated Muffler Bypass Exhaust forgoes the factory mufflers for a clamp on, 3straight-pipedesign with the addition of race resonators to minimize drone. Thestraight-throughdesign of our race resonators encourages maximum power and sound under heavy throttle while cutting down on harsh frequencies that can make their way into the cabin and cause droning on partial throttle and during cruising conditions. This is the ideal solution to pair withaftermarket downpipesto prevent drone and raspiness. The Y-pipe setup exiting out through quad tips encourages equal exhaust distribution and tip adjustability to allow for either a flush or staggered appearance in the bumper. CONSTRUCTION:Each set of muffler bypass pipes is made from mandrel bent T304L 3 .065 wall stainless steel tubing, straight through race resonators with a full metal packing design for maximum durability, and laser cut brackets for perfect fitment. Choose from several hand finished tip options to get the look that suits your M5 best. New for 2020, the cast Y section yields superior interior flow with a smooth wall interior path and knife edged split.

POWER:Our development M5 reached a peak power of 610 whp and 615 ft-lbs of torque during third-party dyno testing at R/T Tuning. Mods included catless downpipes, custom tune, and ourResonated Muffler Bypass Exhaust. Power gains are identical as the M6 uses the same 4.4L V8.
